- The position is for a technical business analyst with strong GDS XML API experience.  The role will be to define, build, and deploy "direct connect" APIs between the client online web site and various GDS' on the back ends, using XML API standards published by each GDS (and not necessarily the OTA industry standards).  This individual must be able to translate the business needs into technical requirements, the technical requirements into technical specs, and then be able to develop the API's using XML, while subscribing to the GDS published standards 
 
- This candidate must have structured data experience with one or more of the GDS'; Amadeus, Worldspan, Apollo, and Galileo
 
 
 
This position will bridge between Operations and Technology Operations  he/she  should understand technology and project management as well as be trained on scrum. He/She must know XML and APIs etc..

  1. Create entire call monitoring process
  2. Hire and train monitoring agents in all locations (including trainers and team leaders)
  3. Create clearly defined processes, schedules and reporting manual for all call monitoring activities on all levels (trainer, team leaders, managers, directors)
  4. Hire and train chat monitoring team
  5. Create chat monitoring processes, schedules and reporting manual
  6. Identify and integrate chat monitoring tool
  7. Manage all BBB, DOT, AG and other equivalent subject matters
  8. Build, train and manage SOD (Supervisor on Duty) teams
  9. Build, train and manage Escalations (LAS and DEL) train
  10. Third call process
  11. Create company and government compliance policies and processes and continuously train employees ( in close cooperation with HR)
  12. Create and implement compliance score ratings
  13. Create process with feedback to and retraining of agents for all locations (NYC, LAS, YYZ, DEL)
  14. Maintain current levels with all governmental compliance issues for all locations (currently US, Canada, UK)
  15. Enforce all compliance violations in all locations
  16. Work closely with technology for process automation on websites and for contact center to reduce errors and mistakes
  17. Create C-Sat scores for post call surveys, voice of customer surveys (goals= 85%+)
  18. Create and continuously enhance training manuals
  19. Convert call monitoring feedback into processes enhancements and online features to improve customer service levels
  20. Company compliance, First Call Resolution (FCR), Warm Transfers and others
  21. Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for BBB, AG, DOT, Blogs and others and work closely with technology to make automation and process improvements
  22. Closely collaborate with Technology and Operations for the completion of the Operations Booking Engine (OBE) project and implementation
