		<p>The role of the Groups Operations Agent is to manage elements related to group travel including but not limited to air confirmations, hotel confirmations, ground arrangements, and sightseeing for private/exclusive group travel after a purchase commitment has been obtained by a Sales Agent.&nbsp; The Groups Operations Agent is also responsible insuring that appropriate and timely payment, documentation and accounting is provided.</p>
<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>

<ul><li>Identify and recommend appropriate air and ground transportation, accommodations, tours, services and activities.</li><li>Coordinate European travel arrangements with our local European operator, Travel Services Europe.</li><li>Coordinate non- European travel arrangements directly with local tour operators.</li><li>Work with our internal departments to ensure the highest quality services are provided to each group.</li><li>Oversee and carefully document all administrative aspects of group bookings: group correspondence, itinerary preparation and revision/changes, special requests, deposit and final payment arrangements, visa requirements (if needed), etc.</li><li>Prepare, assemble and send documents to group members and vendors.Serve as US contact for group while it is traveling.</li><li>Conduct post-travel satisfaction follow-up calls.</li></ul>
