Great Opportunity –
We currently have a position for a Client Service Representative/ Account Manager that will be based in Houston, TX. As an Account Manager, you will be assigned and responsible for managing multiple clients. Your key role will be client relationship, business development and customer retention. Candidates who submit their resume must have had previous background in account management specifically in Travel Management. . Only those candidates who fit the profile will be called for an interview. Salary Range $55 - 65K - negotiable for the perfect candidate
Job Requirements
Coordinate with operations, accounting, IT and MIS; prepare all necessary materials and conduct all necessary meetings to implement each new client successfully. Coordinates implementation of new clients and ensures agreements made at time of proposal are implemented. - Works with each customer to establish business objective of travel program, develops plan to achieve objective, tracks and reports progress to goals with the customer through monthly, quarterly and annual reviews. - Interfaces with key contacts at client to build multi-level relationships within the company. Keeps client(s) informed of business trends and industry updates. - Conduct on-going orientations and educational sessions for client travelers and travel arranges as necessary. - Assist wit h successful achievement of management reporting requirement objectives. - Conduct vendor negotiations as appropriate. - Assist client with travel policies and procedures as required. - Work with appropriate departments to report and resolve all client issues as quickly as possible. - Verify with client that issues have been resolved to their satisfaction. - Enter all client service issues into ISO and close ISO tickets when resolved to clients’ satisfaction. - Maintain accurate and current client contact files in company sales database. - Distribute, collect an analyze company report card evaluations every six months. - Conduct, coordinate or participate in client functions/activities (trade shows, seminars, conventions, etc) as necessary to solidify relationships and improve customer knowledge of Company’s product and benefits. - Prepare monthly client services activity report and submit by the 3rd of each month. - Works with operations management to achieve service levels and report progress to customer and senior management. - Assume and perform other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein as requested.
