We offer excellent benefits and a highly competitive compensation package.   Responsibilities: Partner with consultants to satisfy travel needs Booking worldwide air, train, hotel, and ground transportation reservations Ticketing (issuing, void, refund & exchange) Coordinating information with the travel and scheduling team Preparing detailed weekly itineraries for consultants' travel to meet our clients' needs Ongoing availability to fully own and manage international travel in various time zones Adhering to Gap International and client contract and travel guidelines   Skills: Advanced skills with Sabre GDS and travel system expertise Comprehensive industry knowledge Exceptional customer service and care Planning and prioritizing Strong attention to detail is required Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Professional and polished with strong verbal and written communication skills Managing interpersonal relationships Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications VIP agent-type role   Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree is helpful but not required  Salary is commensurate based on level of experience  Minimum of 7+ years' experience in the corporate travel management industry
